Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moradabad for a Senior Manager Finance and Accounts. The responsibilities of this role include overseeing financial planning, budget management, and preparation of financial reports. The candidate will manage and monitor accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide vital insights to support efficient decision-making. The role also involves supervising a professional team, managing audits, and implementing improved accounting processes and systems to ensure optimal financial performance.

• Expertise in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance
• Experience in Audit Processes and Internal Controls Implementation
• Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills
• Proficiency in Accounting Software, ERP Systems, and Advanced Excel
• Excellent Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience in financial management and accounting
