Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Bender Operator to operate and maintain our automated panel bending machine with precision. The candidate must have a solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and be able to read and interpret technical drawings. Role & responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Panel Bender machines to bend sheet metal parts as per job orders. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Select appropriate tooling and programs for different sheet metal parts. Monitor machine performance, ensure quality control, and make necessary adjustments. Inspect finished components using measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc. Maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the work area. Report machine malfunctions and assist in preventive maintenance Coordinate with the production and quality team to ensure timely job completion. Preferred candidate profile Experience in export/manufacturing industry dealing with sheet metal or customized products. Willing to work in a 6-day working environment at our Moradabad factory. Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Moradabad preferred. Key Skills Required: CNC Panel Bender operation (Salvagnini or similar preferred) Sheet metal fabrication knowledge Ability to read mechanical drawings Basic machine maintenance Precision and attention to detail Safety awareness and shop floor disciplin
