Job Summary: You are sought after for your deep understanding of the credit cards business, preferably for the US geography, with a focus on credit cards Marketing or Portfolio analytics. Your role demands strong business acumen, a grasp of credit cards P&L drivers, and customer lifecycle knowledge. You will be expected to take ownership of understanding business challenges, devising data-backed solutions, presenting them to senior business stakeholders, and overseeing their implementation. Your enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic environment and leadership capabilities to manage clients, partners, and inspire a team of analysts are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities for positive impact in: - Increase in customer spend - Reduction in issuer cost - Increase in Customer Experience - Collaborate with Analytics and Business stakeholders to grasp key pain areas and propose solutions to address them - Develop compelling presentations for senior stakeholders - Secure stakeholder buy-in and support the implementation team in executing the proposed changes - Engage with various third-party stakeholders to swiftly resolve any impediments ensuring a smooth process. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field - 5+ years of experience in credit cards Analytics focusing on Marketing, Product, or related roles - Sound business expertise and hands-on experience in the financial sector, particularly in the credit card business - Proficient analytical skills encompassing Segmentation, quantitative analysis, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis - Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a strong command of SQL, Snowflake, Python, PySpark, and MS Office. Skills and Competencies: - Client Management and Partner Management - Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail - Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team - Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and strong organizational and time management skills.
