Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Project Manager to lead and manage BI initiatives, with a strong focus on user requirements, data visualization, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of analytical concepts and experience working with Tableau Desktop or similar tools. Work experience in marketing domain would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BI dashboarding and reporting projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and visualization concepts.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks using standard project management methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to user requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Oversee the design and development of dashboards and reports, preferably using Tableau Desktop.
• Coordinate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data quality and availability.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 610 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Project Management within BI or data analytics projects.
• Strong ability to understand and document user requirements.
• Basic analytical comprehension and ability to interpret data trends.
• Conceptual understanding of data visualization principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
