Job Title: Senior Manager Bid Management & Presales (Digital Solutions & AI/GenAI)Location: Gurgaon/NoidaExperience: 10+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to lead Bid Management and Presales initiatives for our Digital Solutions business.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing complex proposals, crafting compelling client solutions, and driving presales engagements, with a strong understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI). ;This is a critical role that interfaces across multiple internal and external stakeholders to position differentiated, technology-led solutions in a highly competitive market landscape.Key Responsibilities:Bid Management:Own end-to-end response management for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals across digital solution areas.Collaborate with sales, delivery, legal, pricing, and domain experts to drive high-quality, winning submissions.Create and manage bid plans, ensure timely delivery of proposal components, and drive bid governance processes.Presales & Proposal Development:Design tailored solutions and value propositions aligned with client requirements, industry trends, and digital transformation goals.Lead presales presentations, client workshops, and discussions in collaboration with domain and technical teams.Translate complex technical concepts (especially AI/GenAI) into impactful, business-friendly narratives.AI & GenAI Enablement:Bring working knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI and their real-world applications across industries.Collaborate with AI/GenAI CoE teams to bring the knowledge of advanced capabilities into solutioning and proposals.Stay current on trends, tools, use cases, and competitor offerings in the AI/GenAI space.Leadership & Collaboration:Mentor and guide junior team members within the presales and bid management function.Work closely with sales leadership and business units to drive pipeline conversion and influence deal strategy.Support marketing and analyst interactions with capability decks, case studies, and insights.Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering / Technology / Business; MBA preferred.Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in presales, bid management, and proposal development within IT/digital services.Strong knowledge and understanding on pricing and commercialStrong understanding of digital technologies, especially AI/GenAI, automation, cloud, data, analytics.Proven experience in managing high-value, complex bids and building strategic proposals for global clients.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and lead multiple proposals simultaneously.Exposure to industry domains such as BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail.Experience working with platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Azure AI, Appian, Nvidia, AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or OpenAI.
