Seamless execution across locations with consistent quality, timelines and experience standards.2. Vendor, Travel & MICE Partner Managementa. Empanelment, negotiation and performance management of event agencies, hotels, airlines, travel and logistics partners.b. Development of long-term partnerships to ensure service quality, availability and cost efficiency.3. Budgeting, Cost Optimisation & Governancea. Ownership of event budgets, cost control, approvals, and post-event reconciliation.b. Driving savings through standardisation, negotiations and process discipline while ensuring audit and policy compliance.4. Stakeholder & Leadership Managementa. Single point of contact for business, HR, marketing and leadership teams for all event requirements.b. Translating business objectives into impactful event experiences with high stakeholder satisfaction.5. Brand Consistency, Risk Management & Innovationa. Ensuring brand alignment, safety, compliance and risk mitigation across all events.b. Continuous enhancement of event formats through technology, innovation and best-in-class experience design.
