Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Operations / Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of corporate events such as conferences, exhibitions, product launches, award ceremonies, and team off-sites. The role requires hands-on coordination, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality events within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete operations and production for corporate events, from brief to execution.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to finalize event requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed production schedules, layouts, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate venue selection, permissions, and vendor management.
• Oversee AV, lighting, staging, branding, and dcor arrangements.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor costs to stay within budget.
• Lead on-site teams, supervise setup, and ensure smooth event-day execution.
• Handle troubleshooting and last-minute changes efficiently.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and operational reporting.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Mid-Level: 3 to 5 years experience in corporate event operations or production.
• Senior-Level: 5+ years experience delivering large-scale corporate events with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong vendor network in Delhi-NCR.
• Excellent negotiation, multitasking, and client communication skills.
• Knowledge of AV and production technologies is preferred.
