• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• Additional safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH / equivalent) preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum

  15+ years of experience

  in Safety Management.
• Must have strong

  recent project experience

  in

  Data Centers, Hi-tech Buildings, and R&D Centres

  .
• Proven track record of handling safety for large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement safety management systems across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety trainings.
• Monitor contractors’ safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Report safety KPIs and support management in achieving HSE goals.

Compensation:

• Salary based on current CTC with an increment of

  10% – 30%
