Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive the activation and management of Large Banks and Wealth Partners . This role is pivotal in shaping the hiring strategy, manpower deployment, performance management, product strategy, and overall Go-to-market strategy for our distribution channels. Location- Mumbai-BKC (HO) Designation- Senior Manager-Distribution Strategy Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead partner activation, collaborating across HR, Ops, IT, Product, Legal, and CDOPs teams. ✅ Develop and execute a robust Go-to-market strategy with Business Heads. ✅ Build and track a Hiring & Manpower deployment plan in sync with business objectives. ✅ Design a high-impact Sales Force Management & Incentive framework , defining KPIs & KRAs ✅ Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving sales behaviors. ✅ Set ambitious targets and continuously refine performance strategies with leadership. ✅ Facilitate product launches and ensure seamless partner engagement. ✅ Provide strategic insights through analytics, governance, and partner management. Qualifications & Experience: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 📈 8+ years of experience in strategy roles within insurance, finance, or related fields. 🔍 Strong analytical mindset with expertise in distribution strategy and consulting. 🤝 Proven ability to foster collaboration in a team-oriented environment. 🗣 Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Tools & Automations.
