Senior Manager - D2C

Role Overview: As a key member of the Plum team, you will be responsible for leading the growth of the D2C e-commerce vertical, focusing on the brand websites and apps. Your primary purpose is to drive ambitious growth plans for the D2C platforms, ensuring revenue growth, and enhancing customer experience through various interventions. Key Responsibilities: - Create and deliver ambitious growth plans for the D2C platforms, overseeing the P&L and overall business delivery - Drive performance across all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook and Google, as well as organic, direct, and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic - Oversee the operation of websites, apps, and other digital D2C initiatives, focusing on metrics such as sales, traffic, engagement, LTV/CAC, and NPS - Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions, optimizing site performance and conducting A/B testing for conversion growth - Own customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategy, focusing on scaling up revenue and building strong customer loyalty - Collaborate with brand teams, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders to drive growth, sales, content, and creatives - Build and lead a passionate and self-driven team to sustainably grow the D2C business for the brands Qualification Required: - MBA from a Tier 1 Institute with at least 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce/D2C roles with P&L responsibility - Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work effectively in high-pressure situations - Passion for numbers, top-notch problem-solving skills, excellent planning skills, analytical ability, and lateral thinking ability - Strong relationship management skills, leadership abilities, and experience working with multiple stakeholders Additional Details (if present): Plum is India's science-first, vegan, premium beauty brand known for combining research-backed actives with botanical ingredients.
