  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams for a seamless post-purchase journey.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Customer Care, D2C, Consumer Goods, or E-commerce.
  • Proven team leadership and customer success management experience.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
