Role Overview: As a Senior Manager - Corporate Relations & Placements at Internshala Trainings, you will be leading the placement team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with corporates, build strong relationships, and drive recruiters to hire through Specialization. You will also be responsible for sourcing opportunities for students matching their profiles and field of specialization. Providing feedback to the product team to enhance the product strategy and to the content and delivery team to align the academic curriculum with corporate requirements will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will lead the corporate outreach team to implement industry best practices for the long-term growth of individuals and the department. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with corporates and drive recruiters to hire through Specialization - Source opportunities for students based on their profiles and field of specialization - Provide feedback to the product team to enhance the product strategy for better placements - Provide feedback to the content and delivery team to align the academic curriculum with corporate requirements - Lead the corporate outreach team to implement best practices for long-term growth Qualifications Required: - Excellent planning & strategy skills - Energetic, empathetic, and a go-getter with fast-paced working style - Strong communication, presentation, networking, and persuasion skills - 6-8 years of experience with a proven track record of building corporate tie-ups in Ed-tech or career-tech companies Additional Details: Location: Gurgaon, Iris Tech Park, Sector 48 (Full-time work-from-office role) Compensation: INR 10 - 15 LPA Start Date: Immediately,
