Position: Senior Manager - Corporate Communications
Desired Experience: Minimum 10 years

Job Location: Malad (W), Mumbai
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for both internal and external audiences, aligning with overall business goals.
Media Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets, draft and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and secure positive media coverage.
Content Development:
Create compelling content, including speeches, website copy, social media posts, internal newsletters, and annual reports.
Crisis Communications:
Proactively manage potential reputation risks and develop and execute crisis communication plans to mitigate issues and protect the company's image.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Manage and engage with various stakeholders, including employees, investors, customers, and the public, ensuring unified and consistent messaging.
Brand Management:
Oversee brand messaging, ensure consistent brand voice across all communications, and contribute to brand positioning efforts.
Digital & Social Media:
Develop and implement digital and social media strategies and manage online presence to drive engagement and brand exposure.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a communications team, fostering their professional development and ensuring effective project execution.
Monitoring & Analytics:
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, analyse communication metrics, and use insights to adjust strategies and improve engagement.
Website Management:
oversees a website's content, functionality, and performance to align with an organisation’s goals, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective online presence.
Manage Group Chairman’s Office Protocol:
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to maintain a positive professional image and facilitate seamless official engagements. Stakeholder Management:Strategically identifying, analyzing, and engaging with individuals or groups (stakeholders) who have an interest in an organization's projects or operations, with the goal of fostering positive relationships, mitigating risks, and ensuring objectives are met.
Internal Communication & Branding:
Develop communication strategies, create content for various platforms, manage internal channels like intranets, organizing events, and working with HR and Marketing to align messages with brand identity and business goals.
Experience:
Proven track record in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with experience in large organizations or agencies preferred.
Leadership:
Ability to lead and manage a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence senior leadership.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages for different audiences.
Strategic Thinking:
Strong ability to think strategically and develop creative communication plans that support business objectives.
Technical Proficiency:
Working knowledge of web content management systems, social media platforms, and PR tools.
Key Attributes:
Keen eye for detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
