Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Client Solutions at Zinrelo, you will play a strategic role in directly impacting company revenues. You will closely collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate deal closures in various international markets. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding prospects" needs and objectives, creating tailored solutions, conducting solution demos and presentations, and aiding in the closure of deals. You will also act as the face of the company, representing Zinrelo in front of prospects and bridging the gap between customers/prospects and the Sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an ambassador of Zinrelo, representing the company in front of prospects - Provide solutions for sales deals by: - Understanding prospects" needs, objectives, requirements & use cases - Familiarizing yourself with Zinrelo technology, product, features, capabilities, etc. - Preparing product demos, proof of concept, and custom solutions - Driving solution demos and presentations independently - Building solution narratives and pitches for individual prospects - Driving technical and capabilities solutioning across the sales cycle - Additional responsibilities may include: - Travelling to prospect locations for technical & solutioning meetings - Responding to RFIs and RFPs - Collaborating with various teams for joint initiatives - Creating innovative solutions and sales strategies - Ensuring detailed reporting and CRM compliance Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in B2B software and services consulting, sales solutioning, or technical solutioning in international markets - Excellent written and phone communication skills with international clients - Strong presentation skills for engaging with Zinrelo Clients - Ability to build positive relationships at a CXO level with Clients - Prior experience in a software product or services company - Strong solutioning and consulting skills with large companies - Proactive, well-organized, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently - Strong attention to detail - Experience or knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce is preferred - Prior background in software engineering - An educational degree in engineering, marketing, or business Zinrelo is a dynamic company with a global presence, offering exciting opportunities to work with international clients and prospects.
