**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Solutioning Manager at AuthBridge, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive consultative business closures and create solutions. Your role will involve working on interesting and large-impact problems related to product or technology. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in Consulting or Sales solutioning in a technology-driven environment, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, conducting market and customer research, and delivering results in a fast-moving environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a deep understanding of AuthBridge products and features to provide messaging, value propositions, benefits, and support marketing and sales programs. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to drive a consistent and compelling product message for effective promotion. - Present and demonstrate product capabilities to prospective customers" point-of-contacts. - Provide value-based solutions to clients to accelerate the closure cycle. - Identify business opportunities, prospects, and partners with strategic sales solutions. - Assess customer needs and arrive at the best solution through collaboration with various teams. - Continuously learn about new product updates and pitch them appropriately to clients based on their requirements. - Promote advanced solutions with the sales team, highlighting key differentiators and benefits. - Provide feedback to product development, delivery, and sales teams based on market demand or research. - Engage with technology, sales, and product teams to drive innovations and enhancements, creating new opportunities for upsell or cross-sell. - Build strong client relationships and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities for AuthBridge products or services in collaboration with the Sales Team. **Key Skills:** - Creative and Innovative Mindset - Strong written & verbal communication skills - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Experience in creating business proposals and responding to RFQs and RFPs - Passionate about customer-facing roles - Quick grasp of new technologies and drive executions - Knowledge & experience in SaaS, CRM Tools, Sales & Marketing Tools, Cloud/AWS is a plus - Excellent communication skills with technical subjects and emerging technologies - Versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity with experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives **Additional Company Details:** AuthBridge has been recognized for its innovative Operations Management, with case studies taught at Ivy League Business Schools like Cornell University and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
