You will be working closely with business units to guide how and where to invest resources. What You'll Do Collaborate with business units on strategy, marketing roadmaps, and operations Offer financial insights that influence key business decisions Co-own OKRs and build Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) to meet them Identify risks and opportunities to support business goals Create financial plans through a strong bottom-up approach Regularly review financial performance vs. plans Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to drive visibility and action Perform scenario analysis for product or business initiatives 1st Attempt Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master's degree in Finance from a Tier 1 college 7-10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in Business Finance Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Team handling experience (ref:iimjobs.com) Show more Show less
