Urgent Opportunity with a leading NBFC for Marketing Manager- Brand and content @ Mumbai Eligibility:- Minimum Graduate. Minimum 7 Yrs of work experience- Marketing- Brand & Content. Immediate joiners Preferred. Location:- Mumbai. Salary- upto 25lacs- Decent Hike on last CTC. Job Purpose:- The person will be responsible for Brand Management (corporate brand & product brands), Content Marketing Consumer Insights. Duties &Responsibilities:- Brand Management: • Support the function head, in driving various brand related activities and initiatives to enhance the salience of the corporate brand & product brands. • Play an active role in strategic brand initiatives like brand positioning, brand architecture, creation of key brand assets, launch of new product brands etc. • Plan and conduct brand related research activities. • Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to effectively execute planned initiatives. • Monitor efficacy and impact of brand related initiatives and make necessary modifications to ensure improvements. Content Marketing & Innovation: • Implement the content marketing strategy aligned with the overall brand and marketing objectives. • Ideate and create engaging content (brand, product & other) for various communication touchpoints. The content should be engaging, impactful and aligned with marketing goals. • Introduce new and innovative content formats and types from time to time, in line with the latest content trends. • Creating key content assets like content tilt for the brand and products. • Ensuring and monitoring effective dissemination of the content across touchpoints. • Measuring the impact and efficacy of released content and making improvements. Consumer Insights: • Drive various consumer insighting activities and initiatives for the organisation. • Play an active role in strategic consumer related initiatives like customer segmentation and CVP exercises. • Drive consumer related research activities Vendor Management:- • Interact with various brand, content & research agencies and vendors on an on-going basis, and develop new vendors. • Maintain agreements with each vendor as per their SoW. • Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely delivery of services.
