Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Tech Solutions Architect (Visualization)!

As a Tech Solutions Architect (Visualization Specialised), you will design scalable data and analytics solutions across complex client landscapes, leveragingexpertise in cloud platforms, DataOps, and modern data ecosystems. With a consultative approach, you will craft reference architectures, drive innovation, and enable business value through agile and efficient strategies. Additionally, you will shape large outsourcing and right shoring engagements, aligning global delivery models with client objectives to ensure operational excellence and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and design innovative data solutions.

  Develop scalable reference architectures that ensure feasibility and deliverability.

  Advocate for DataOps practices and cloud-native designs to optimize data strategies.

• 
  

  Shape outsourcing and right shoring models that align with client objectives.

• 
  

  Create technology roadmaps focused on achievable and scalable solutions.

• 
  

  Support presales efforts with proposals, client presentations, and impactful PoCs.

• 
  

  Ensure proposed solutions are practical, cost-effective, and delivery ready.

• 
  

  Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and future-proofing data strategies.

• 
  

  Align stakeholders on solution scope, deliverability, and long-term value creation.

• 
  

  Mentor teams on best practices in solution design and presales strategy.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• 
  

  Experience:Relevant years in cloud, data, and analytics solutioning with a focus on presales and solution architecture.

• 
  

  Bachelor&rsquos Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field Cloud Certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) Data & Analytics Certifications (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) BI Certifications (Tableau, Power BI) Advanced Data Certifications (Google Cloud, AWS Big Data) Architecture Certifications (TOGAF/Zachman, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect)are preferred.

• 
  

  Cloud Platforms: Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud technology (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• 
  

  DataOps and Agile Practices: Familiarity with DataOps methodologies to streamline data pipelines and promote agile workflows.

• 
  

  Outsourcing and Right shoring: Experience in defining outsourcing and right shoring strategies for global delivery models.

• 
  

  Data Platforms: Proven ability to architect and implement solutions using platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.

• 
  

  BI Tools: Practical experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot or Qlik.

• 
  

  Reference Architectures:Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable and actionable reference architectures.
