Senior Manager - BD and Partner Support (LV Panels)

What you’ll do:

"This role will be responsible for Business Development Activities and Partner support Program for IEC 61439 LV Panels,i.e. iEnergy and CSS for India

"1. Business Development Activities and Partner Support Activities for IEC 61439 Certified LV Panels & CSS
2. Customer Approvals for iEnergy IEC 61439 Panels across segments with Major Focus on Data centre, Utilities, Large PSUs, MMM, WWW, Chemicals, Pharma, Buildings etc. 3. Identify Potential Business Opportunities and Propsoe Customisation for each of the segments 4. Identify Potential Partners and ensure complete Partner Life Cycle management - Identify, Propose, Evalaute, On-Boarding, Support, Growth and De-board 5. Work very closely with LV Panel PM and NPD for development of various permutations and Combinations of LV Panels 6. Work very closely with Quality team for Partner Evaluations and Auditing, Support QAP Development 7. Work very Closely with RSMs to support them for Business Opportuities in their respective regions for Focus Segments 8. Close Working with iEnergy Partners for Business Opportuities for iEnergy 9. Propsoe Digital Solutions to customers along with Panels, Bright Layer 10. Support Partners for Selection of Designs based on Panel Design Guidebook and Configurator for iEnergy 11. Support Partners for Customer approvals, Customer FAT and SAT 12. Train Partner Technical team on Eaton Products and LV Panels 13. Work closely with Global xEnergy Product Manger to develop Synergy between xEnergy and iEnergy Panels 14. Work Very closely with Other Product Maangers to gain maximum technical Know-how for propsing best solutions to customers"

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Design, Quality, Business developmnet, Marketing or Product Management and/or applications engineering for LV Switchgear and LV Switchgear Assembly

Skills:

Indepth experience and Knowledge in LV Assemblies, IEC 61439-1 & 2, Partner Support Program and CSS
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
