He / She must be an experienced content strategist and instructional designer passionate about crafting impactful learning experiences that drive business growth and workforce development. Roles and Responsibilities Instructional Design & Course Development: Design and develop engaging learning materials for instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning modules. Structure content using ADDIE Model and Adult Learning Principles to enhance effectiveness. E-Learning & Digital Content Creation Exposure is preferrable Develop interactive courses using Articulate 360, Storyline, and Adobe Suite. Ensure course materials align with learning objectives and industry standards Content Strategy & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to create effective training programs. Conduct content validation, user testing, and quality checks for accuracy and engagement. Innovation & Technology Integration: Stay updated on the latest trends in instructional design, digital learning tools, and learner engagement techniques. Implement gamification, simulations, and microlearning strategies where applicable. Job Specifications Graduation & PG Diploma in Instructional Design or related is preferable. Min 5 years of experience as Content Developer or in Instructional Design Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Package - Exposure Job Competencies Good communication skills and storytelling skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with training teams and business units.
