Role- Zonal HR - West Years of Experience- 14 - 20 Years Location- Pune Role & responsibilities Provide strategic direction and guidance to State HR teams for recruitment and retention efforts. Conduct regular reviews with State HR teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and address operational challenges. Act as a liaison between HR and Operations teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding. Oversee end-to-end HR processes within the zone, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and organizational policies. Handle escalated employee issues and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to HR policies. Conduct branch visits to address observations, resolve issues, and interact with branch staff. Facilitate Full and Final settlements for departing employees and manage the exit process. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, leveraging insights to enhance HR strategies within the zone. Preferred candidate profile MBA/PGDM Qualified The candidate should have experience in the MFI industry.
