Job Description

The Senior Manager / Assistant Manager - Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding the companys presence in the hospitality market (hotels, restaurants, cafs, QSRs, catering, and allied services).

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, corporates, and key clients
Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close sales deals
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Maintain MIS reports, sales pipelines, and client databases
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely renewals
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets

Qualifications

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred

Experience

Assistant Manager: 4-6 years of business development or sales experience in hospitality
Senior Manager: 7-10+ years of relevant experience with proven revenue growth
