This position reports to the Director, Architecture, Customer Excellence Group and leads a team of Architects based in India. The team supports a mix of global (cross-geo) strategic accounts outside APAC and local India customers, delivering architectural leadership across a diverse range of engagements. Our Architects focus on platform strategy, governance, and adoption enablement across multi-workflow environments. They partner with ServiceNow s largest customers to maximise value through architecture-led delivery and long-term platform health.

7+ years in a consulting or professional services role with a focus on enterprise solutions.

Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders, including Enterprise Architects and C-level executives.
Technical Expertise
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analysing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI s potential impact on the function or industry.

Experience in SaaS platforms, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
