Technical Architect Java Integrations

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design:

o Develop and own the integration architecture and roadmap for one or more product lines.

o Design and implement scalable, high-performance integration solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

o Lead the architecture and design efforts for complex integration components, ensuring they align with the overall enterprise architecture.

• Technical Leadership:

o Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.

o Mentor and support engineers in understanding integration patterns, SOA, and data transformation techniques.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of systems and components.

• Product Development:

o Drive the product development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to implementation and release.

o Own key performance metrics related to product quality and integration efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

o Lead major and minor product releases, ensuring timely and high quality delivery. • Stakeholder Management:

o Work closely with global product and engineering leaders to align integration strategies with business objectives.

o Provide feedback to the leadership team by demonstrating an understanding of business markets, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Expertise:

o Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Architecture, with a focus on Java/J2EE and integration technologies.

o Hands-on experience with Core Java technologies and integration frameworks such as Apache Camel, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, JMX, SOAP, REST, and ESB (Apache Fuse/Oracle Fusion).

o Familiarity of cloud preferably AWS, knowledge of Serverless, queues etc. o Strong knowledge of integration patterns, SOA, and data transformation techniques. o Familiarity with RDBMS (SQL) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB).

o Experience with frontend technologies such as AngularJS, Flask, and Node.js is a plus.

o AWS Solution Architect Certification is a plus.

• Leadership & Management:

o Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, with a focus on integration projects.

o Ability to represent our culture and core values and ensure that these are cascaded through the organization.

o Track record of delivering high-performance products in a global, distributed development environment.

• Education: o Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
