Lead Angular Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Owning end to end responsibility of Dashboards/CMS development, deployment andmonitoring phases.
• Work as part of a team developing web using Agile methodology.
• Evaluate requirements and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured development strategies.
• Writing efficient, clean and maintained code.
• Integrating APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality.
• Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of CMS & web
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activities
• Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem.
• Collaborating closely with software engineers, product managers and QA teams
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Perform code reviews.
• Setting KPIs and other metrics to measure team performance
• Team management & motivation.
• Mentoring & Coaching Required.
• Prior experience working on consumer-facing products
• 6+ years of experience creating high-performance Dashboards/CMS/web applications using Angular 8+.
• Passionate about frontend development and writing readable and efficient code
• Expert level development skills in HTML5, CSS3 & JS & can rightly judge/implement solutions to complex problems.
• You have hands on experience in cache management.
• You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.
• Proficient understanding of ES5/ES6 , JQuery.
• Solid understanding of API Integration.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX, cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Good knowledge of server side rendering using template engine.
• Experience on debugging UI and web service calls.
• Good understanding of SASS, Grunt.
• Must have used GIT (Source version control).
• Good understanding of analytics tools such as google analytics, clevertap, etc.
• Solid understanding of release management
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery high-quality results Desired

• Familiarity with automated testing tools including Selenium, Jasmine, and Karma
• Deep understanding of browser internal working
