Job Description

Develop and refine the overall brand architecture, ensuring consistency in brand values, identity, and messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand vision into visual, verbal, and experiential guidelines.
Conduct deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning, differentiation, and growth. Create strategic frameworks that guide product design, marketing initiatives, and communication narratives.
Oversee brand governance by ensuring all creative outputs, campaigns, and assets adhere to established brand standards and maintain a cohesive brand experience. Evaluate ongoing brand performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
Partner with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to execute long-term brand-building initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Support the development of brand playbooks, style guides, and system documentation.
