Job Description

Responsibilities Lead the architecture department and provide strategic direction for all architectural projects. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Construction, and Project Management to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. - Oversee the development of architectural designs, plans, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and regulations. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to the team. - Review and approve architectural drawings, materials, and construction methods. - Drive innovation in design processes and incorporate sustainable practices into architectural projects. - Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control for architectural projects. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in architecture.
