Senior Manager - Architectural Services

Purpose/Objective

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of our projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving innovation in design and construction processes. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team of architects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Lead the architecture department and provide strategic direction for all architectural projects. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Construction, and Project Management to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. - Oversee the development of architectural designs, plans, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and regulations. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to the team. - Review and approve architectural drawings, materials, and construction methods. - Drive innovation in design processes and incorporate sustainable practices into architectural projects. - Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control for architectural projects. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in architecture.

Technical Competencies

Architectural design, AutoCAD,Revit,SketchUp

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 13 Year of experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
