Senior Manager/ AGM-Trust & Safety - Content Moderator

Job Title:

• Candidate expectations Minimum of 7 years of experience in go-to-market strategy and execution, preferably leadership role within media industry in content / creative roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content strategy, Trust & Safety, or related fields.
• Content Specialist with leadership expertise in Trust & Safety / Content Strategy and moderation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Advertisement & Marketing, Communications, Business Administration.

Role Description:

• Develop and execute global GTM strategies for business services around content supply chain including but not limited to Trust & Safety.
• Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Drive the execution of GTM plans, ensuring timely and successful launch of new services and solutions.
• Coordinate with regional teams to tailor strategies to local markets while maintaining global consistency.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of GTM initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Demonstrate understanding of Trust & Safety services landscape across different content types, build the product and operations from ground up.
• In-depth knowledge of Trust & Safety landscape, value chain, content types, moderation methods and compliance requirements.
• Good working knowledge of tools, technologies and platforms for Trust & safety services.
• Proven expertise in content supply chain management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
