Job Description

TRC Companies, Inc. is looking for Proposal Coordinator (Engineering) to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage proposals from initiation to submission, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement proposal strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up on industry trends.
Prepare and edit proposal documents, including cover letters, executive summaries, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum years of experience in proposal coordination or a related field.
Strong understanding of the engineering industry and its terminology.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A graduate degree is required.
