2. Streamlining workflow, fixing target and achievement of team
3. Hands on experience in dealer handling and networking
4. Should have sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing for Trade Lighting
5. Should have team handling experience
6. Experience in handling distributors and dealers
7. Collaborating with subordinates to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
8. Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
9. Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
10. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
11. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
12. Strong business sense and industry expertise
13. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
14. Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
15. Solid track record in developing and launching new services within the industry and has a broad knowledge of Trade Lighting products, their technology trends and their demand drivers in multiple geographies/regions around the country.
16. Development of the Product portfolio, Product Promotion, Customer Complaints
