We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead our Accounts & Finance function. The candidate will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits, budgeting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting and monthly/annual closing
Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances
Coordinate and manage statutory, tax, and internal audits
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking activities
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other regulations
Lead and guide the accounts & finance team
Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation
Experience in GST and direct tax compliances
Hands-on experience with ERP/Tally/SAP
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to handle audits and regulatory matters independently
