Responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Work in SAP

• NIS – Note in SAP for invoice processing
• RE contract creation for lease deed using RECN t-code
• Payment follow-up using T-codes such as FBL1N
• Checklist creation using T-code ZDCC
• Down payment request creation in SAP
• Document uploading in SAP through ZDCCTRK
• Advance adjustment of ATL
  

Core Responsibilities

• Payment facilitation to farmers & vendors
• MET mast payments & commercial lease contract creation
• Resolving errors such as budget, GL unblock, cost center authorization, vendor code mapping, bank account mapping, etc.
• Credit note & debit note creation for intercompany fund transfer
• Cash flow creation for private lease deeds & intercompany subleases
• Maintaining records of ATL, lease deeds, NIS, NEFT payments
• Bank reconciliation of advance payments
  

Supporting Functions

• Documentation and courier to DCC for upload
• Collecting demand drafts from bank sites and handing over to responsible persons
• Maintaining records of demand drafts
• Creating provision files for year-end
• Scrutiny of payment documents (NFA, approvals, invoices, checklists)
• Auditor query resolution
• Advance adjustments of 65B & 89A, DILR measurement, stamp duty & registration charges, etc
  

Functional Skills

• SAP Logon software proficiency
• Understanding of contracts: ATL, sale deed, lease deed, crop compensation, right of way, MET mast agreement
• Excel proficiency
• Financial & accounting skills
• Tax literacy
• Record keeping
• SAP portal proficiency
  

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Work Experience: 5–10 year of experience
