Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Solutions R&D team, focused on building and deploying production-grade ML, Deep Learning, and LLM-based systems for real-time analytics, predictive maintenance, and knowledge automation. This is a hands-on R&D role involving experimentation, model optimization, and close collaboration with domain experts and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and validate ML/DL models using Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Develop models for classification, regression, anomaly detection, time-series forecasting, and NLP.
• Build and deploy LLM, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems for knowledge automation and semantic search.
• Work with real-time and time-series data from logs, sensors, and unstructured sources.
• Deploy models into production using Docker, APIs, and microservices.
• Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Conduct applied research and prototype AI solutions for real-world use cases.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Python and ML/DL frameworks experience.
• Hands-on experience with time-series or unstructured data.
• Exposure to LLMs, RAG pipelines, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar tools.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Vector databases (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone).
• IoT / industrial sensor data experience.
• Predictive maintenance use cases.
• MLOps, model optimization, or cloud exposure.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
