We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Solutions R&D team, focused on building and deploying production-grade ML, Deep Learning, and LLM-based systems for real-time analytics, predictive maintenance, and knowledge automation. This is a hands-on R&D role involving experimentation, model optimization, and close collaboration with domain experts and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and validate ML/DL models using Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost). Develop models for classification, regression, anomaly detection, time-series forecasting, and NLP. Build and deploy LLM, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems for knowledge automation and semantic search. Work with real-time and time-series data from logs, sensors, and unstructured sources. Deploy models into production using Docker, APIs, and microservices. Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization. Conduct applied research and prototype AI solutions for real-world use cases. Must-Have Skills Strong Python and ML/DL frameworks experience. Hands-on experience with time-series or unstructured data. Exposure to LLMs, RAG pipelines, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar tools. Experience deploying ML models to production. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Vector databases (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone). IoT / industrial sensor data experience. Predictive maintenance use cases.
