About the Role:

Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
Work on end-to-end ML pipelines: data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
Implement scalable algorithms for structured and unstructured data.
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Conduct experiments and A/B testing to validate models.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ML and AI.

Requirements:

6+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering roles.
Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying models.
Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning projects.
Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) for large-scale data processing.
Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
