Senior Merstack Developer (6+ years) – Permanent Remote

Compensation: ₹15 LPA

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop robust, scalable front-end applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and responsiveness.
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver polished user experiences.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold high engineering standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in the React ecosystem and front-end best practices.

Who You Are:

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with 4+ years of deep, hands-on expertise in React.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
• Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Experience with modern build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-ends with backend services.
• Strong grasp of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and work autonomously in a remote setup.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks.
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in a product-based or startup environment.
