Senior Logistics Executive

Role Overview: You will be joining Open Secret, a brand with a vision to improve snacking habits in Indian families. The company is led by a team of experienced professionals from prestigious institutes and is supported by renowned mentors. As the Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries and optimal efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments. - Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and suppliers for timely deliveries. - Monitor and track shipments to resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies. - Ensure cost-effective transportation and maintain logistics efficiency. - Prepare dispatch schedules, delivery reports, and shipment documentation. - Handle order fulfillment, returns, and reverse logistics processes efficiently. - Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for smooth supply chain flow. - Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations related to logistics. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or E-commerce sector. - Strong knowledge of transport management, warehouse operations, and vendor coordination. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics tracking tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
