Senior Logistics Executive

We are looking for a skilled Senior Logistics Executive with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in the Cargo / Freight / Transportation / Packaging / Shipping / Logistic industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.

• Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics plans.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
• Oversee CHA management and maintain accurate records of shipments, planning material requirements accordingly.
• Utilize knowledge of custom clearance procedures to facilitate smooth operations and take quotations from CHA to plan cost-saving routes.

• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of logistics software and systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
• Experience in managing CHA and maintaining accurate records of shipments.
• Familiarity with custom clearance procedures and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• A planner who can analyze data, track shipments, and plan material requirements accordingly.
