Senior Legal Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling litigations before high court, lower court, Tribunals, and Consumer Forums. Your role will also involve coordinating and briefing Counsels, providing research-oriented services on various legal issues, drafting basic legal documents, liaising with lawyers, managing external counsel on litigation, disputes, and specialized legal matters, leading legal due diligence, and supporting M&A or other strategic transactions. Additionally, you will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: - Handle litigations before high court, lower court, Tribunals (Industrials Tribunals, OERC Statutory), Consumer Forums, etc. - Coordinate and brief Counsels. - Provide research-oriented services on various legal issues. - Draft basic legal documents. - Liaise with lawyers and ensure timely review and follow-up. - Manage and coordinate external counsel on litigation, disputes, and specialized legal matters. - Lead legal due diligence and support M&A or other strategic transactions. - Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including commercial agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, including corporate governance and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required: - Experience in handling litigations and legal matters. - Strong drafting skills. - Ability to liaise effectively with lawyers and external counsel. - Knowledge of legal due diligence and M&A transactions. - Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. - Sound understanding of compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.,
