Senior Legal Counsel

Role & responsibilities

• Need Senior Legal Counsel who have strong knowledge of handling various kind of land revenue matters and BMC related matters.
• He should be able to draft, review, and vet sale deeds, MoUs, lease agreements, title clearance certificates, and other documents related to land acquisition.
• Examine 7/12 extracts, property cards, maps and survey documents to ensure authenticity and compliance.
• Coordinate with liaison teams and government bodies for permissions and clearances.
• Advise internal departments and top management on property development laws, and future acquisitions.
• Coordinate with sub-registrars, revenue officials, legal advisors, and government departments for property registrations, NOCs and land approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Real Estate legal matters.
• Candidate should be fluent in English and Marathi.
• He should be excellent in judgment and decision-making skills.
