Role & responsibilities Need Senior Legal Counsel who have strong knowledge of handling various kind of land revenue matters and BMC related matters. He should be able to draft, review, and vet sale deeds, MoUs, lease agreements, title clearance certificates, and other documents related to land acquisition. Examine 7/12 extracts, property cards, maps and survey documents to ensure authenticity and compliance. Coordinate with liaison teams and government bodies for permissions and clearances. Advise internal departments and top management on property development laws, and future acquisitions. Coordinate with sub-registrars, revenue officials, legal advisors, and government departments for property registrations, NOCs and land approvals. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Real Estate legal matters. Candidate should be fluent in English and Marathi.
