Senior Legal Counsel

As a Corporate Legal Counsel at our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal support in various domains including corporate, employment, litigation, and arbitration. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a deep understanding of corporate and labor law, along with a proven track record of handling complex legal matters. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring legal compliance for all Indian and foreign entities under MYCPE ONE GROUP, drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, policies, and notices, handling litigation and court proceedings, representing the company in arbitration cases, coordinating with external counsels, and strategizing legal recovery processes. Additionally, you will be expected to draft legal notices, memos, and advisories related to misconduct or violations, with a focus on protecting the company's interests and seeking amicable resolutions when possible. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, a strong command of civil, criminal, arbitration, and employment laws, and proven expertise in managing litigation and arbitration cases. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to independently handle multiple legal cases.
