About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Legal Associate with strong drafting, communication, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in legal process outsourcing or litigation and the ability to lead and mentor junior associates. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet various legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

• Conduct in-depth legal research across U.S., U.K., and other common-law jurisdictions.

• Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure quality and timely deliverables.

• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide effective legal solutions.

• Manage case files, coordinate workflow, and ensure compliance with client and company standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an LPO environment or litigation practice.

• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume assignments.

• Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. time zone)
