Role Overview:

Key Responsibilites:

• Legal Research

  : Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations, case precedents, and legal articles to support ongoing cases and the senior legal team.

• Drafting & Documentation

  : Prepare, review, and finalize a variety of legal documents, contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal opinions.

• Litigation Support

  : Assist in litigation work including drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and written submissions; support the team in the preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions.

• Case Management

  : Manage legal files, organize and archive documents, and maintain up-to-date documentation for active and completed cases.

• Client Liaison

  : Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation, and provide updates on case progress.

• Legal Compliance

  : Ensure all firm practices comply with current legal regulations and internal policies.

• Administrative Support

  : Offer general administrative assistance to senior legal staff, including scheduling meetings, organizing case files, and correspondence.

• Knowledge Upkeep

  : Stay updated on new legal developments and industry trends applicable to the firm’s practice areas.

• Required Qualifications:

• Education

  : Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university. Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.

• Experience

  : Minimum 4-5 years of continuous professional experience in practicing law.

• Key Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents in Hindi
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Experience supporting litigation and/or corporate legal matter

• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matter.
