Curious about the role? What your typical day would look like?

We are seeking an experienced NLP & Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging advanced Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will lead end-to-end development of NLP applications, architect scalable AI systems, and drive innovation across GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation workflows. You will also play a key role in AI governance, model monitoring, and ensuring compliance within regulated industries such as life sciences and pharma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy NLP & GenAI so

  lutions, including LLM applications, fine-tuning pipelines, and AI-powered automation workflows

• Lead research and impleme

  ntation of cutting-edge NLP methods such as transformers, embeddings, RAG architectures, and multi-modal modles.

• Architect scalable NLP pi

  pelines for text processing, entity recognition, summarization, Q&A, and conversational AI.

• Build and optimize LLM-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI

  agents, ensuring contextual accuracy, responsiveness, and efficiency.

• Implement Agentic AI

  systems enabling autonomous task orchestration and end-to-end workflow automation.

• Ensure LLM observability and gua

  rdrails, focusing on model monitoring, safety, fairness, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

• Optimize inference pi

  pelines using quantization, distillation, caching, and retrieval-enhanced generation to improve cost and latency.

• Lead MLOps init

  iatives including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-based deployment across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Collaborate with cross-functiona

  l teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications with robust API and microservices architecture.

• Mentor junior en

  gineers, establish best practices, and contribute to AI governance frameworks in regulated domains such as pharma and life sciences

Who de we expect?

• 7–9 years of experience in NLP, AI/ML, or Data Science, with a proven record of delivering production-grade NLP/GenAI solutions.
• Deep expertise in transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, T5, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) and fine-tuning techniques.
• Strong understanding of NLP pipelines—tokenization, text preprocessing, embeddings, NER, and classical NLP methods.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma), and prompt engineering strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLM observability tools, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with backend development experience (Django or Flask) and expertise in building APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and scalable AI deployment practices.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as pharma or life sciences is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, innovation mindset, and ability to work independently while mentoring junior team members.
