Our mission is to make wedding service smooth, organized, and stress-free. --- Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Tech Head / Senior Lead Developer to take full ownership of our technology stack and product development. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to build meaningful products and lead the tech direction of a growing startup. You will be the sole technical leader initially, with the freedom to hire and build a lean team when needed. --- Key Responsibilities: · Lead all aspects of technology and product development — from architecture and hands-on coding to deployment and performance optimization. · Build scalable, secure, and responsive mobile and web applications. · Work directly with the founding team to shape product strategy and technical roadmap. · Set up best practices for development, deployment, and monitoring. · Hire and manage a small technical team in the future, if required. --- Tech Stack Requirements: · Frontend: Flutter (mobile), React (web) · Backend: Node.js (Express or Nest.js) · Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) · Bonus: Familiarity with CI/CD, VR/AR, DevOps, and database design --- Ideal Candidate: · 1-2 years of full-stack development experience with product-building exposure. · Entrepreneurial mind-set with a passion for solving real-world problems. · Strong leadership and communication skills. · Comfortable taking ownership and working independently in a start-up environment. --- Perks: · High-ownership leadership role with complete tech autonomy. · Opportunity to be a core part of a rapidly growing startup’s founding team. · Equity options available for the right candidate. · Freedom to hire and build your own tech team when necessary. --- How to Apply: Email your resume or portfolio to swapnil@wedium.com
