Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Lead Designer

at Hummingbird, you will guide and mentor a team of Graphic and UI/UX designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful designs that reflect our brand and enhance user experience.

Design Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the design team while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.
Graphic Design: Produce visually compelling graphics and illustrations aligned with brand guidelines across various platforms.
UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, user-centric interfaces and seamless digital experiences.
Tool Proficiency: Work with tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator to design wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals.
Communication: Clearly present design concepts, decisions, and feedback to team members and stakeholders.
Team Motivation: Inspire and encourage the design team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Design Best Practices: Advocate for and educate the team on modern design principles, usability, and industry trends.

Qualifications

6 to 12 years of experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design, preferably within the e-commerce domain.
Proven experience leading and managing a design team.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful graphic and UI/UX work.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
