Job Description

As a Lead Designer for Salesforce-based applications and experiences, your role will involve combining strategic thinking, design leadership, and hands-on delivery to ensure user-centric, scalable, and visually compelling solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Perform the end-to-end design process for Salesforce products, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing. - Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions. - Define and maintain design systems and component libraries compatible with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). - Mentor and guide a team of designers, providing feedback, conducting design reviews, and driving design quality. - Shape design strategy for enterprise-scale Salesforce rollouts by working with stakeholders. - Advocate for accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices. - Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent customer experience across products. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product Design. - Proven track record of designing Salesforce applications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps. - Strong knowledge of SLDS, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. - Excellent understanding of enterprise UX, data-heavy interfaces, and complex workflows. - Strong communication skills to present concepts to senior executives and cross-functional teams. - Experience with designing for multilingual, multi-device environments.,
