Senior Lead Mid-Mile & Warehouse Operations Location: Bangalore (Hoskote, Soukya Road) Experience: 4–5 years Budget: 4–5 LPA Fixed Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred Key Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in Mid-Mile Logistics and 3PL operations . Strong hands-on knowledge of Warehouse Operations and Sorter Centers . Team Handling skills with the ability to manage warehouse and logistics teams efficiently. Familiarity with warehouse processes, dispatch, and inventory management . Fluency in English & Hindi for effective communication with team and partners. Any Post-Graduation degree (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) is preferred. Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day mid-mile logistics and warehouse operations . Liaise with 3PL service providers to ensure smooth warehouse and sorter center functioning. Implement SOPs and monitor KPIs like turnaround time, dispatch accuracy, and sorter productivity. Maintain stock accuracy and ensure proper warehouse management practices. Lead and mentor the warehouse team to meet performance and safety standards. Ensure timely dispatch and compliance with company policies and guidelines. Location: Bangalore – Hoskote/Soukya Road Join: Immediate Joiners preferred
